I was just reminded while reading Caroline’s tumblog about a man I have never met, seen, or to be honest; know anything about, but a man none the less who I adore. His name is Edward Monkton and he makes me happy.
I first came across his work as a greeting card artist online years ago and since then his cards have become a staple of any celebration in the Hammerton household, enough of that; look at the pretty pictures!
There are loads of other really good ones on his site too which are well worth checking out! I really like this one too.

CAT – They’re awesome aren’t they? I’m sure you’ll get one from me in due time lol.
NICOLE – The pig of happiness is epic! Did you notice how the lady and the chocolate is linked to your blog? lol
EDDY – Its almost Christmas; best time to ask for a calendar in my opinion!

MONKTON! The man first graced my household in the form of the ‘hat of cleverness’ after GCSE results. He has been a prominent figure ever since. ‘Penguin of death’ being a particular fave, along with the ‘law of straightness’ and the one about sprouts :D

@holly he’s an addictive character isn’t he? You just can’t give him up! More of him in your life the better I think lol
